Shipping Policy

At PrimeCartino, we know that "free shipping" doesn't mean much if the box takes three weeks to show up. Here's exactly what to expect, every time you order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days across the continental US. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6–10 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take a few days longer.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a link by email as soon as it's on its way, and can check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delays
Occasionally, weather, carrier volume, or peak seasons (holidays, major sale events) can push delivery past the standard window. We'll flag known delays by email where possible — no need to guess.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [support email] with your order number. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — no runaround.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exactly where you tell us to — if a package is delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, we're not able to cover reshipping costs.

International Shipping
Currently, Primecartino ships within the United States only. (Update this section once/if you expand internationally.)
